How to deal With some snotty women in the park

I have a 3.9 yr old.

At the moment he thinks that saying poo-poo, bum and poo-face type things is extremely funny.

I tell him that it's not... Explain that it's not polite & that others don't like it and at times I ignore it.

Some of the adults we come into regular contact with do pretty much the same.

I've had three incidents recently where an unknown adult has reprimanded him for saying these silly things to their kids..

I am totally at a loss to know the best way to manage this!

I know I probably just need to get a grip, ignore etc... But today I came away from the park feeling very frustrated and cross and down about the whole thing.

He's not being aggressive or horrible. He's a 3.9 year old child playing.

I could really do with some sensible, practical suggestions - please?

Aww just chuck her comments in the fuckit bucket op. Soon it will be here dcs testing boundaries.

I was once swinging baby ds on the swing at a garden centre. My sisters ds was being his usual lively 2 year old self. Not queuing for the slide, trying to go up it etc etc. Dsis was hovering and looking flustered as 2 vair posh mums were micromanaging their dcs away from him and doing the raised eyebrow jobby. Their dcs were 3 maybe 4?

They came on the swings out of dns way. Both mums stood pushing and chatting away when one of their ds's shouted 'higher mummy, higher! It makes my willy feel funny' Other child giggled then started shouting 'willy feels funny, wheeee' which made the other one shout 'willy, wheeee, willy'.

The mums made catsbums faces at each other and then we all got the giggles as dn picked it up and shouted 'willy, wheee' coming down the slide.

They did apologise to dsis too.

Kids show you up sometimes. As long aa it's just silly words and not effing and jeffing I really wouldn't worry about it.
