As my dd2 died from Men B I am posting this link from the charity Meningitis Now because it has signs and symptoms which may come in useful but hopefully wont be necessary.

I am so sorry about your loss. Meningitis was one of my greatest fears when my babies were small.

I hope more people can learn to recognise the symptoms and prevent further heartbreak and tragedy.

Thank you. I am trying to make parents aware that meningitis only presents with a rash in 40% of cases. Most people would look for a rash .
