Moses baskets

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post.

I'm due a baby in July when DD will be16 months. She's a lovely active little thing :)

My concern is that she will tip over a Moses basket when baby is here.
Did other people with a small age gap have Moses baskets or something else?

Could you use carrycot if downstairs? Or moses basket on floor rather than stand?

I've got two with exactly that age gap.

I haven't had a moses basket for either of them.

5 week old ds was still napping in his pram which was easy to move about because we live in a bungalow but he's already getting big for that so he's in his cot for naps.

I do have to keep an eye on dd when ds is in his bouncer or gym but she does tend to lose interest after a few seconds.

Congrats and good luck!
