2 year old in nappy wets the bed every night - how to stop it??

Every morning when I get my DTs up, DT2's bedding and pyjamas are soaking, despite the fact that he is still in nappies.

DH and I have figured out that he is putting his hand down his nappy at night and pulling his willy up, hence its going everywhere when he does a wee!!

Short of sellotaping the nappy to him (thats a joke), what can we do as its becoming ridiculous washing the duvet, the cover, the sheets and the pillowcase and sometimes having to sponge the mattress every day!!

Anyone had experience of this and got some ideas?

A friend of mine used gaffer tape to make sure the nappy tapes didn't come loose enough for her son to get his hand down into the nappy ... taping up his nappy wouldn't be such a bad thing to do!

a sleep suit so he can't get his hand down there! different type of nappy?
