Breastfeeding supply and baby not feeding due to fever

Hello
My baby has just had his 8 week immunisations. He has a fever and is not feeding as well. I keep offering it him but concerned my supply will diminish if he doesn't feed as much for a day and night or so? Would you worry? I've tried hand expressing with difficulty!

Poor boy. The new meningitis b vaccine has caused the fever by the sounds of it. Worth it though.

My supply will always go down when my daughter was ill but picks up on a day or 2
