Jeans/leggings/joggers for very skinny 11 year old DD, help?

DD1 is 11 about 4 foot 10 and barely 5 stone. She's a healthy girl loads of sports eats like a horse just her natural frame.

I having a really hard time finding trousers for her. To get the correct length they all seems to be so large in the legs and bum. Even skinny jeans with elasticated waists look huge on her. She needs joggers for an outward bound course with school but I'm really struggling.

Anywhere do skinny Minnie clothes?

H&m works for my skinny DD usually. Adjustable jeans and leggings from there. Jeans have the elastic and button adjustment inside

Primark and H&M wok for my almost 11 year old dd - she sounds about the same size. Primark for the joggers.
