How bad is it to be short tempered with a 3 year old.? I'm so confused. I'm loving and I tell her all the time but I lose my rag and I'm worried I'm making her insecure?! Help?!

How often? All the time or very occasionally? And what form does it take?

fondationmaeght · 21/02/2016 23:20

Each day. I get loud and say I'm annoyed. Then she says no mummy I'm tired. (She's confused by tired and upset I think).
I've got no patience and I feel guilty and sad.

We have all lost patience at times!
What triggers it? Do you have any support? Getting any sleep?

I'm on ADs since birth of DC2 11 months.
I have DP but get frustrated with him.
It's been known that I've sighed and she said "are you fed up mum" or she says "you are just tired" (copying me when I say you are tired to her)
She says "don't talk to me like that"
She's very switched on.
I have shall we say demons from my childhood and don't want her to grow up with issues.

Have you any other help or just the ADs? I've had depression and needed to watch my diet, exercise and grab time just for me. Not a cure all but every little helps. X

Yes I try exercise. And I prob need to look at my diet. I just have a short temper. Feel bad
