This has probably been done to death - but what time do your DCs go to bed/lights off? 3 DCs 13, 11 and 7.

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Dd (12) 9.30pm on school night and 10pm weekends - she reads for half an hour or so though

Ds (9) 9pm school night and 9.30pm others - again he reads for a wee while before going to sleep

14 year old between 9-9.30 week nights, lights out 10pm. More importantly - phone removed when he goes to bed ie: 9-9.30 Grin. As he doesn't read not sure what he does between 9.30-10pm !
