My ds is always hungry and likes to graze!

Banana
Some porridge
Bit of toast
Apple
Raisins
Raw carrot
Hummous sandwiches
Cucumber
Cheese
Pasta and tomato sauce
Bit of cake (party)
2 x crumpets
More carrot
Rice cakes

Drinks milk and water

He just eats quite randomly but think the above is fairly healthy.

If he's not eating a large amount at mealtimes perhaps that's why he's grazing?

Porridge &I raisins for breakfast, glass of milk
Banana and milk at nursery
Cream cheese sandwich, peppers, cheese, salami, cucumber, yoghurt for lunch
Cod, broccoli, carrots, rice for dinner with berries
