Evening everyone,
I have a gorgeous 15 week old girl who is great but we're having some troubles with her naps during the day. She can't seem to sleep for a decent amount of time (ranges from 5 mins to 40) which results in her waking up grumpy. She won't go back to sleep after her wee naps until about 1 hour later.
During the night she sleeps from roughly 7pm until 6am (what am I worried about naps for!!) and doesn't really stir at all. So how do I get her to have better quality sleeps during the day? I just don't want her feeling tired all the time and worn out.
At the moment we have her nap on her cot with consistent sounds/lighting etc. A friend suggested making the room dark and putting her in her sleeping bag (this is kept for bed time so she knows the difference) but I'd be worried that she'd think it was night time every time.
Has anyone got any ideas or tips we can try? She sleeps no problem in the car but I don't what her sleeping in her car seat all the time. I hope this ramble makes sense and someone has advice for how to have a happy napper. Thank you!
