My Year 3 DD has come home from school today saying a boy in her class has asked her to suck his willy on Valentine's Day. I mean OMG this child is 7..... Obvs am going to speak to head tomorrow morning, What do you think I should expect the school to do?! I am so shocked and feel like I don't want her an having unsupervised second with this child....

Wowsers!

What would you like the school to do? im not sure what i would expect them to do, maybe a stern talk from the head teacher?

Hope you get it sorted

OK, so the head needs to ascertain as to why a little kid has come out with this.

What has he seen at home, what has he heard at home.

Stuff like that doesn't come form nowhere. If appropriate, the head will need to take this further with his family, and depending on the outcome, perhaps involve outside agencies.

And yes, no one-on-one time until all is sorted.

Yes, please speak to the school, a PP has said this language is not something a 7 yr old should be saying and your DD does not deserve to be subjected to it.

I'm very certain the school will deal with this swiftly and professionally on all counts. Make sure your DD know which staff you have spoken to so it something similar happens again she can speak to them right away.

Thinking about it, it could be a safe guarding issue and the head teacher should have systems in place to determine whether the child id at risk at home too

Yep it's safeguarding issue.

Let's hope it's as harmless as him walking past some choice language on a TV show after bedtime. :(
