7-7:30 until about 8:30 no naps.

Mrsmulder · 31/01/2016 22:47

7.30/ 8pm and up at about twenty past 6 every day. Very rarely naps

Xmasbaby11 · 01/02/2016 23:07

Bed at 8 - chats to herself for ages after though.

Days at home, wakes anytime 7-8. On nursery days we often have to wake her at 7.

Hasn't napped since she was 18 mo. She has great stamina.

DTs are 3y6m. DTD is asleep within 5 mins of getting in bed which is usually 7pm. DTS takes about 20-30mins to settle so nearer 7.30pm. DTD up anytime between 6.30am and 7am. Once she's up, she's up! DTS usually 7am to 7.30am. Will quite often want to lie in bed little bit or will not want to get up for breakfast or nursery. So a definite difference!

We lost the everyday nap around 3y1m. We had the occasional nap for a month or so after that but to be honest one routine of no naps for either was just easier for us.

My DTs are just 4 but have been in a similar routine for a while now - bed usually about 730, lights out to go to sleep by 8 (I leave them looking at books etc in bed) then need waking at 730 in the morning. Except weekends when they miraculously turn into early risers and come in our room at 6 something, grrr

3yrs 3 months. Goes to bed at 6.30, gets up at 6.30. Ideal for us. She has gone through periods of early waking but the groclock has sorted this for us and now she is at pre-school she's knackered.

Mrscog · 02/02/2016 15:37

Bed between 6.30-7.30 and unless something is wrong will be asleep within minutes.Wakes up 12 hours later (but never beyond 7.15am so anytime he goes to bed after that is 'lost' if that makes sense).

imwithspud · 02/02/2016 15:47

Dd1 is 3.3. Doesn't nap, except every now and then in the car. And goes to bed anytime between 6:30-7:30. Wakes anytime between 5-6:30am but more often than not she's up at the closer end of that time despite still being tiredSadShe went through a phase of waking at 5am around this time last year. Bought a gro clock, not expecting it to work, but it did straight away. And even if she woke earlier she wouldn't come into our room until the sun came up at 6:30.

Unfortunately she no longer pays attention to it, despite us constantly reminding her about staying in bed until the sun. She won't dose off to sleep in our bed and If we try and take her back to her bed she refuses and kicks off, which wouldn't be a problem. Except for the fact that she shares a room with dd2 8months who is a very light sleeper from around 5am onwards and once she's awake there's no hope of either of them going back to sleep. Total nightmare. I'd love for them both to sleep till 7, later bedtimes don't work.

KittyandTeal · 02/02/2016 15:51

Dd1 sleeps 8ish (more like 8.30 atm) till 7.20 although she's often awake earlier than that but her groclock is set to 7.20!

She sleeps 1-3 in the afternoon most days although has started not needing it occasionally on which days she'll go to bed around 7.30

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 02/02/2016 15:59

Dd 3y3m in bed by 8 at the latest. Asleep by 8.30 most nights.
Wakes usually between 7 and 7.30 but looks at books until 8.

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 02/02/2016 16:00

Forgot to say, no sleeps in the day here since she was about 18 months.

Purplehonesty · 02/02/2016 17:11

Bed around 7.30 and wakes at 7-7.30
I lift her for the toilet when I go to bed otherwise she wakes at 3am needing the loo.
She doesn't nap but if she does its 10pm before she is asleep.

Florin · 02/02/2016 17:23

3.5 year old goes to bed 6:30-7. Sleeps until 7-8:30 week days and wakes at 7 on the dot at weekends. No naps.
