Is it safe to use (brand new) nappies from 2010?

Hello everybody. I bought too many nappies for my first born. They are all pampers baby dry in various sizes, and are all sealed in their original packaging, and have been in the ( cold, but dry) loft for nearly six years.

I was wondering if anybody else had used such old- or even older nappies without any problems. I don't want to risk nappy rash.

Thank you.

Do they have a use by date on them anywhere? I have seen dates on tampons and stuff before so don't know if nappies are the same

Yes. They have the same symbols as used on cosmetics. 12 months after opening. The date of manufacture is also printed.
