and they're only 1yr & 4 yr old.

atm I can't leave the room for 5 mins without world war 3 breaking out. Its really starting to drive me barmy. How the hell do I get anything done with them 2 screaming and fighting!

They hav eplenty of toys out to play with, toys that they can play with seperately or together but no they want to fight.
I try to discipline them when they've been nasty to each other but nothing seems to be making any differance.

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH

Welcome to the wonderful world of brothers and sisters!! LOL

Mine are the same and they are 3 and 5. Think just need to live with it. Probably be worse when they reach 13 and 15.

This is very timely. I've got three and it's my oldest two who fight (dd 5.5 and ds nearly 4). Since the school holidays started today I've said that everytime I hear them fighting during the holidays I'm going to shout HUG! and they've got to do it or lose a sticker off their chart. Drives me barmy and wastes far too much time when we could all be enjoying ourselves. So huge empathy!

My big brother and i fought like cat and dog so think my 2 fighting is just payback for the hell we caused our mum.

Personally I think you should ignore it unless it involves blood!

Have done that very successfully with my brood and they all seem to have survived. More importantly I have survived!

Plus... that's how they learn to deal with confrontation etc.
