Night time leaks from cloth nappies!

Have spent the last week trying to use ds1's 'big' nappies on ds2 at night but ds2 leaks over the top of the waist band every night without fail. Legs OK. The nappies seem to have plenty of potential absorption in them but ds2 is a tummy sleeper which probaby doesn't help.

I have bumbles, tots original and fluffles all with nippers. The tabs just about meet in the middle so I don't think they are too big for him. Wrap-wise I have tried Motherease (aplix), 2 different sizes and a tots wrap size 2.

My gut feeling is that I need a wrap with a closer fit across the tummy. Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks.

I prefer Motherease poppers to aplix. I think you get a snugger fit across the tummy with them than the aplix.

Minki Huggles are the best night nappies, imo. Have never leaked and I use one size bigger wrap. (Motherease Aplix)

Prob already doing it but make sure his penis isn't pointing upwards in the nappy and maybe add an extra folded booster in the front of his nappy.

Hmm, I have been folding the booster to double it up at the front, which I never did first time around maybe that's been contributing to the problem.
