Is this feeding to sleep?

I keep hearing this phrase bit I'm unsure if this is what I'm doing?

Is it literally falling asleep whilst or immediately after feeding?

At night for exsmple, We give my DS a bath, then I feed him, he is then sleepy but I have to burp him or he's sticky so he's awake for this, then put him in a sleeping bag and he goes to sleep.

So am I feeding to sleep? Im just curious really.

No I would say feeding to sleep is feeding till they are actually asleep then putting them down.

Thanks for your reply, that's kind of what I thought, if I let him go straight to sleep he'd most likely puke!
