We have a Cybex Aton car seat and isofix base.
Unfortunately my husband broke the clip that holds the leg in the desired position rendering the base unusable . There is nothing at all wrong with the base or the isofix fittings, just the support leg can't be held in the required position.
It is 3 years old therefore not under guarantee ( although as he broke it I don't think that makes a difference)
The retailer says it can't be repaired, it's a plastic clip not the actual leg! I have tried emailing / face booking Cybex ( no reply as yet )
Does anyone out there have any experience of getting a repair .
