I've noticed my 9 week old has bits of green in his poos? Why is this? He did have colic.... Is it because of this? To be honest ill it looks like little bits of leaves in his nappy it's that green.

Help?

How is your baby fed?? X

If you're breastfeeding, it could be because your baby is not feeding on the same breast for long enough.

Maybe ask your HV?

There are a number of reasons as to why your baby is having green poos.
Fore/hind milk issue (if you're bf)
Reaction to illness
Cmpa
Speak to your hv - more often than not it is normal and provided your baby is gaining weight accordingly he should be fine xx

*meant to put. I started a thread about this for my son (who is bf) turned out it was just a reaction to illness. He is fine now x
