Separated parents NYE (is this fair)

I'm heartbroken. But not sure if I'm overreacting I got my 3 yr old DD for xmas eve so thought it was only fair her dad got NYE. We're separated and he lives with his parents.

I've just seen he's gone out and isn't even with her! I've been sat at home crying missing her like crazy wishing I could be together for the New Year and he isn't even bothered about seeing her or being near her

Surely the decent thing to do would have offered me the night? I can't go out as I'm almost 8 months pregnant and I would have happily dropped her off when he woke up tomorrow (I don't even get to see her till Saturday due to our court hours I'm gutted)

Who is she with then?

I think over the Xmas period then set court/ days could have been re arranged to suit both of you

uhoh With her grandparents who he lives with, who will be loving this as they can't stand me :(

I think they could have been rearranged so she was at least with a parent rather than a babysitter. I'd kill to have her tonight and he won't see her til tomorrow afternoon
