3 month old has cold and now developed really bad cough

My 3month old has caught mine and my husbands cold we were managing the cold but now has really bad cough and really don't know what to do he is supposed to have his 2nd lot of jabs Wednesday which I don't know if they will do them now ?

call the surgery about the jabs in the morning, but if you are worried about the cough or he's struggling to breathe or has a fever you could call 111

He has not got a fever temp was 36.7 just looked at his gums and looks like he is teething as well given him nose spray seems to be working for the blocked nose been told to give calpol for that as well will that also help with the cough? X
