Differnt clubs will suit different kids- there are some that are V informal like drop in workshops , others are more focused on performance. I know a number of kids who have gone to both kinds. plenty of whom go with their parents to an all age club and also to juggling and unicycling festivals and conventions. THE Uk jugling scene is not very competitive, but some youth circus groups do compete internationally and soem Uk unicyclists do like wise.
Take a look at www.jugglingdb.com/clubs/index.php?country=222
to see ifthere is a juggling club near you.
www.unicycle.org.uk lists unicycle groups IIRC.
For youth circus groups try www.circusarts.org.uk/training/classes.php
