Medium OR Fast teets?

My child is coming up five months old hes had medium teets since 2 months he takes 8 ounces every three hours and the teets keep collapsing its like hes sucking for more but only a little amount will come out or does this mean I need new teets? Not sure whether to get fast teets or more medium teets ?

Do the teats have valves? You may have to rub them between your fingers to open them

My LO is still using a number 2 teat at 19mo and that's with bedtime milk and it's thicker than regular formula. TBH I don't think fast teats are necessary.
