Does anyone know any books that cover trilingualism?

The excellent site Waltham Forest Bilingual Group - has a good list of recommended books. wfbilingual.org.uk

I read Raising Multilingual Children by Tracey Tokuhama and would agree with the review posed on the WFBG site - good overview of the issues on multilingualism, the approaches, lots of case studies plus the research on the topic. But her tone and style of writing annoyed me and there was not enough coverage of people who were introducing a non-alphabet based language to their children like Chinese, nor about literacy issues.

Growing up with Two Languages - just read this recently. Its a good basic one and even tho' it's focused on bilingualism, the issues and tactics are often the same as for multi-lingualism.
