when to stop 10pm feed

Hi I was just wondering whether to stop night feed.

Baby goes down at 7pm and dream feeds around 10pm then goes through till 7 am. This has been routine for last 2 months.

She is 6 months. I'm just not sure if to cut this feed out or keep it going. She takes around 4 or 7 oz depending.

The thing is she is sleeping through and I don't want to cock things up now

We did the same and started to cut out the dream feed when our Ds was a little more established on solids (so maybe 7m??) then reduced the feed by 1-2oz every 2-3 nights. If he had an unsettled night we just kept the status quo for a bit, then reduced feeds down again.

No need to go cold turkey with the feed!

I'll try that. I'll wait till more solids. Then try reducing

Thanks

We reduced it gradually and stopped completely by 8 months.

I suppose it depends what they are drinking during the day .We still do it at 10 months to ensure she gets 20 ounces a day.
