Ok who has a housework rota?

I've been working from home for 3 years so have done all domestic tasks and anything relating to then dc's. However I'm now going back full time and my Dh has said he'll help around the house as long as i list what I want him to do.

Does anyone have a weekly rota I could see? It's hard to think of things your so used to doing everyday and write them down!

We have a jobs rota for during the week.. One of us cooks while the other one does bedtime. Cook also tidies the kitchen, dishwasher etc.

cleaning is done on a Saturday morning by my husband while I do the food shop with my son. Laundry is split responsibility but if you put a load in you are responsible for taking it out (or it starts to smell)!

Expect a few arguments.
