This is my first baby so I have nothing to compare with. And everyone I know says "oh ask the health visitor". But she is terrible. Very nice but seems to have massive lack of knowledge. My neighbour has the same HV and she can't stand her. To top it off just found out she is not fully qualified still learning. I know everyone has to learn but I kind of expect the HV who supposed to be the expert in things to know stuff. Can I ask for a different one as I feel like I have 201 questions to ask and end up googling everything????

Like I say she is nice but I don't need nice I need advice

Bit more confident about gro bag. She seems nice and toastie but not too toastie.

Cradle cap still the same - it bothers me more than her I think. Teething I have got a sofie giraffe but she still not settling great.

Try an amber necklace or anklet for teething pain

I used anbesol and bonjela for teething pain. Anbesol was the best but it's harder to put on once they have a few teeth! Bonjela you can put on a toothbrush and smear on. Sounds like you're doing great OP! Don't worry about Calpol, I alternated paracetamol and ibuprofen whenever my daughter was teething badly. Keep to the doses and you'll be fine.

For teething my son liked frozen banana in one of those snack net thingys (I think they're called babysafe weaning snack or something like that?) Cold on gums but taste nice too, he wouldn't use a teether.
