should I get DD checked?

My 4.5yr DD seems to have a lot of wee accident, she will have periods of not accidents and then a few days of accident. Either she will just do it where she is or would nearly make it to the toilet have it before she could get on the toilet.
She's in pants at night time. She wasn't but was having a few accidents and I thought would be best to go back to night time pants.

My Q is, is she having recurring urine infection? Is she diabetic or is she just being a 4.5yr old?

Get it checked out just in case.

I used to hold myself a lot when I was about that age, had constant UTIs. I'd take her to the docs, but they may not be able to find anything, but still go. I had a scan and other tests so they might do the same.

They should just do a urine test first.
