Sussex baby groups

I'm back in the saddle with a small baby after quite a break. Can anyone enlighten me with some baby groups in Shoreham/Southwick/Lancing?

Kimbalu do a music class in Shoreham.
Southwick leisure centre has a bouncy castle/soft play drop in thing every day- you pay 3 or 4 pounds and can stay most of the day. Good for rainy days.
