Baby crying since 4.30pm, time for calpol?

She's 7 months. Not sure what's wrong, fussing at breast, tried teething gel, I think she's extremely tired as she has only napped a tiny bit today. I've now fed her to sleep but she's in floods of tears when I try to put her down. Time for calpol?

Ps she has never been like this before. No temperature. Never given any calpol or anything before

if you have tried everything else give calpol

I've tried everything I think :( skin to skin, cuddles, teething toys, she is just so unhappy tonight
