Sudocreme in hair

Help! My DD covered herself in a pot of sudocreme last night!

I put her in the shower, abd washed her hair about 5 times with baby shampoo, but this morning her hair is still really greasy. Yuk!

Any tips on how to get it out?

Her bedroom was in a real mess too!

She is nearly 4 years old and I thought that she was too old to do things like this!

Thanks! Bit nervous to use washing up liquid, in case it gets in her eyes. Her hair is getting better, just keep washing it every night in baby shampoo.

I thought washing liquid would be good as sudocrem is grease base so you need something against it..ie washing liquid.

Can your dd not but a flannel etc over her eyes while you quickly use washing up liquid..?? or get her to lean her head backwards..?

Quick update, it came out in the end, had to wash her hair every night with baby shampoo, about 2 or 3 times each night and within a week it was back to normal.

Ah! The joys of parenthood!
