Hi y'all

Bit of a prob; daughter accidentally given 4th set of hib/tetanus/polia vaccinations, nurse didn't check her book before giving them and hadn't put the last lot she'd had on the computer. My memory by then (4 months later) had failed me and I kept being sent letters from health auth saying she hadn't had them, in the end I phoned the surgery who confimed she hadn't had them so I booked her again. Turns out she'd had em and what I'd like to know is there any other mums out there who've had this experience and if so did your child have any side effects?
(Soz for the horribly long and rambling message!)

I would speak to your health authority for advice tbh. Prehanps speak to NHS direct to see if they can point you in the right direction for advice.
