How much does your toddler sleep?

I'm worried mine sleeps too much!

She sleeps overnight from 8pm-8am and then has a nap each day at 1pm for 3 hours! Is this too much?

My 2yo does about the same. And her sister did before her.

My 21 month old slept 14hrs last night and is napping now. My dd was definitely not the same at that age so I'm enjoying it!

You'll know when it's too much because bedtime will start getting later. DD1 would do that on a Fri/Sat after 4 days at nursery, but it was catch up rather than every day. She needed a 90min nap tho and 11/12 hours at night so not loads less.

My just-turned 3 yo has more or less been like this since a couple of months old. She still sleeps 7-7 and occasionally has a 2 hr nap after dinner.

DS is similar age and sleeps only a bit less than yours - only a 2-2.5 hour nap in the afternoon.

He is mega energetic when he is awake though so I figure that's why he sleep so much.

Enjoy it (says mother of a 5.30 am riser)
