My little one is constantly restless and wakes every two hours during the night, he sleeps in a massive crib he goes to sleep around 8pm every night he wears 1.5tog sleep bag with sleepsuit as temperature is always 21-22 in the room, my partner thinks I should put extra covers on him but I don't think you are ment to.? He used to sleep from 8pm until 7am only waking once but since he turned 4 months he's been so restless, he has 2-3 naps during the day. Am new to this any help will be appreciated

There's a 4mth sleep regression, it's maybe that. Lasts a few weeks. Sleeping 11hrs with one feed is blooming amazing for what it's worth.
My limited experience, a 22 and 5mth old, is that sleep goes up and down. You get a great run, then a bloody awful run. The awful runs are, for the most part, a 'phase' which no amount of analysing or trying to fix will break, they run their course in time. Rolling with it is the only way.

Re the sleeping bags. I shove blankets over the tops of bags as do a heck of a lot of people I know
