Wey hey! Mars!

Not sure what your course is, but sending off an essay is always a great feeling!

Surprised you managed to get it done with all the doulaing you've been doing on MN

Which one are you doing?
I started an OU French course but found it difficult not being able to attend tutorials (5 hours away) and couldn't get motivated

MarsLady · 01/12/2006 20:35

I'm doing Bon Depart. I'm doing the online version LZX192 as I don't want to give up another evening to travel to tutorials (I do enough of that with my Literature course). It's great. I have software that allows me to talk and listen to my tutor and the online tutorial group. Fantastic!

Which course were you doing and did you finish it?

Oh, a very well done and a pat on the back for you. Its a great feeling isnt it?

I did Social science and Child development just before DS was born. I should really get on with my next but I am having serious motivation issues at the moment.

Can't rember the name it was the second one up though, thinking about doing the more basicone to see if I can get back into it.

I have got myself motivated enough to enroll for some 10 point courses so will see how they go!

MarsLady · 02/12/2006 12:13

The second french course is called Ouverture.

I'm also doing the 10 point French summer school, where you spend a week in France for a full immersion course lol!

My literature course materials etc came through today. So once I've finished reading through all the books I can read the materials and be ready to start in February. Love the OU!

yeah remembered this morning!
Lots of the language ones have residentials but I wouldn't be able to go on them, must be really worth it though.
