Well my dd is 60cm and still fits her sponge. And even when she's too long for the "groove" I'll still be using it to support her head.

60cm isn't a huge baby though is it? It's normal size for that age.
Mine were 56-58cm when they were born and only 7lb and 7.5lb each.

The white company 0-3 months clothing States for 62cm so he's perfectly average

You do know babies don't need to lay completely flat in the baby bath? You can kind of lay them on your arm or semi sitting supporting head so they def should fit in for months. By the time they are too big to semi lay they can sit up fully

my 3 month old is 91st centile for height and weight and is over 15lbs, she fits in a bath chair just fine with plenty of growing room Smile

These bath supports are great, even older children can use them for lying bacn on if they don't like putting their heads right back into the water - and 99p on ebay!

You can buy bath seats really cheaply.

We have this in a different design, been using it since dd was a few weeks old and she still uses it occasionally now at nearly 3 because she is doesn't want it to become her dbs she prefers it to the big bath apparently.

My son still used the sponge as a tall 6 month old. They don't need their entire bodies on it, just upper torso and head.

Artandco - it takes pride of place in our bathroom. It's good company when one needs to take care of toilet business :-)
