Cows Milk nappy content question (maybe TMI)

A little bit of a PFB question but please humour me and be kind, I am not naturally maternal either, so this could be a really daft question so I'm sorry if it it is.

DC has been exclusively bf since birth, as in no ff.
We have recently changed his morning feed since his 1st birthday to cows milk, he drinks quite a bit between 200-400ml in the morning and has sips in the evening before his evening bf.

Now to my question, he has gone from a regular 'solid' nappy to quite runny, almost like first weaning nappy consistency.

Its not like he has an upset tummy in that he is frequent but not all the time.

Do I need to be worried or is this normal because of a change of milk in the past week?

He is normally quite sensitive with a change of food, weaning had to be done very gradually as his tummy would get blocked up.

Thank you

I would class a little runny sometimes as normal. Particularly with a change in diet happening. Try not to worry

Thank you Lorna for your response.

When do you think I should start to think of seeing someone about it, another week or two? DS has never been to the doctors for anything yet so hopefully they wont see me being pfb about it?
