DTD I'm sure...can't find exactly what I'm looking for in Searches though. Need inspiration & references to tools used to keep a family of 6 with two working parents organised & running smoothly on a day to day basis. I mean from Finances to running the Household & parenting. Calendars/Apps/habits etc. Any tips much appreciated.

I have 3 kids and I use the organised mum family life diary which has e Pugh columns for all of us plus extra ad has a meal planning column. It Lso has Xmas and summer holiday planning pages, and monthly budget pages. They also so a magnetic weekly cAlender for the week ahead but I made my own from. Magnetic white board As I didn't want to put it on my fridge

With 6 kids I assume at least one or two are old enough to do some age appropriate chores? Mine do laying the table, hoovering the lounge rug, etc

DH and I have a shared calendar on our phones.

I also use a task app (Chore Checklist) to stay on top of things.

All four children are expected to contribute towards food prep, clearing up, laundry etc.

Something that has worked really well for us is that DH & I have divided up the list of household admin tasks and each take responsibility for our own areas.
