I use Tot bots nappies. Can I use other wraps with these or do have to stick to Tots Bots ones.?

No, you can use others (and most people do tbh - tots aren't great).

If you're wanting PUL then motherease airflows are about the best (for most people, there are obv exceptions)

Yes, hence the reason for wanting to change. Lots of leakages lately. What is PUL?

The plasticky coating inside. You could use wool or fleece as well, but it all depends what you are most wanting.

Oooh, wacky wraps are good for a mixture - they have a lining similar to PUL, but a fleece outer.

Motherease wraps are much better than the tots bots ones.

I have a fleece Totsbots wrap and its not very good at all and it sooo bulky.

Fleece wraps are specialist wraps Cori. They are great for overnight when the nappy is properly boosted, but if used during the day can wick through quite quickly, especially with older babes who tend to hold and WEEEEE.

There is a new Tots Bots wrap out there which we're waiting for stock of but I'm not sure if we'll keep on with it as accounts I've heard aren't brilliant.

We recommend Mother-ease wraps for pretty much all nappies as they are very well fitting and very comfortable. There are differences between then two styles: airflow and rikki. Airflow are loose fitting and allow great "airflow" over the nappy, with popper fittings at the waist and legs. This gives great adjustment, and the poppers are really hard for babies to undo. Rikki wraps have a leg gusset for extra "security" but have a velcro fitting which leads to a perfect waist fit, but sometimes babies learn very early to take them off.

These wraps work extremely well with all Tots Bots nappies, plus all other shaped nappies eg Swaddlebees, Wham-Bamboo, etc. Airflow wraps are not suited to prefolds or terries.

Hope this helps,

Emma

I hate my fleece tots wrap. I have a couple of bumsnugglers that are made from much thicker fleece, and they work a lot better. Airflows definately fit under clothes better, but they aren't as streamlined as some of the other kinds. They are much harder for babies to take off too!!!

I would recomend Motherease Airflows, totally reliable and bombproof! My breatsfed boy has extreamly explosive poos and I have never had a leak with these.
