Why is it that as soon as you lay your hands on the book you want from the library someone comes along and puts a hold on it so you have to take it back? And the sneaky student in question has done it just in time to be able to pick it up and check it out for the whole of the holidays!
What are they doing being all studious and writing their essays anyway? Not like they need to get theirs done before giving birth to a baby or anything. The deadline is Easter people start acting like proper students! Go out, get drunk, leave the library to the old farts like me!

Ah well I shall just have to add to my collection of academic books and buy it. Well, it will look very pretty on my shelves......
