Oat looking lumps in pooh DD 17 weeks

Just changed DD and pooh was different to normal it was more like a thick yellow gravy with white lumps that look like oats in it.

She is FF using Aptimil, no solids yet. She had a day of ready mix milk as we're staying with friends for the weekend. She has had 3rd lot of jabs on Thursday. She's a little grizzley today.

Should I be concerned?

hi, my DD is 16 weeks and on Aptamil - and her poos regularly look like how you described....maybe its an aptamil thing! do they smell like the end of the world too? i don't think i'll ever get used to it!
