Is anyone else having a struggle with student finance??!!

Every time I go on the site I get so far, then nothing. Ring up and the site has crashed. This has happened 3 times now. I am worried I will lose my OU place. Do you think I should pay for an instalment to secure my place then tackled student finance. It's really stressing me out and so hard to concentrate with all the kids home!

It crashes lots. What does it say on your OU home page? How far is your application along. Try a different browser and/or clearing cookies.

There is a FB SF page and also a complaint no you can call. Don't pay anything - there is no need.
