Sudocrem care and protect

Hi there,

I've been told that Sudocrem care and protect is the best nappy cream out there but it only seems to come in a teeny tiny tube. Does anyone know what the largest amount you can get is, and where from?! I've looked on Amazon but it doesn't seem to say the mass in the product description and I've only found tiny tubes at Boots...

I've only seen it on teeny tubes. I tried it, it was a very thin cream/lotion. Much prefer the original.
