Do you need more wraps with newborn poo?

I was going to buy 4 of the smaller size ME Airflow wraps for my baby due in Jan, but after my DS had diarrhoea this week, wondering if you get lots more leaks with newborn poo and therefore would need more?

Im planning to wash everyday with two in washables and use wambamboos and terry squares.

Any advice?

i manage with one wrap a day for ds who's 4 months and has very liquid bf poo. the terry squares will catch most of it if you use new born folds and post fitted nappies contain it quiter well (haven't got WBB so can't comment on them specifically)

i've got 2 in washables too and ds just has 3 ME airflow and a wool wrap for nighttime and it works out fine, never come close to running out, not when the wash has to be done every day [sigh]

I use the Jo fold for my DS. Is that a newborn fold?

Cheers Pink, looks quite similar to the jo fold so wont have to stretch those brain cells so learn how to do it!
