1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 sup nondairy milk or water
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp flaxseed, optional
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamona

I would use ground oats instead plus full fat milk and then some more to blend hers. It looks okay to me but I'm still learning so would like some reassurance! Thank you :)

I was surprised when the HV recommended limiting wholemewl and veg if dd seemed constipated but it's because they can only eat a little and I'd they fill up on filling stuff they don't get the nutrients.

I've been giving my 11 month old ground flax seed in her food since 6 months. It's a great source of omega 3 for her as we are a vegetarian household. Also I'd use milk instead of a milk substitute. It's fine to give them cows milk in food before 1 year.
