Car seat question

Can anyone recommend an infant car seat that is higher than the maxi cosi cabriofix?

DS2 is 8.5mo and over 10kg and HATES his car seat and has done forever. I wonder if sitting higher up in the car may help.

My daughter is quite tall so we used the cabriofix until she was 9 months then moved up to the Axiss it's the one that spins sideways to get them in / out. And it reclines for sleeping, she's over a meter tall and still fits in it perfectly at nearly 3.

We've got a BeSafe Izi Combi - extended rear facing, will last him until 4. It's very high and my son looks out of the window from it for hours! It isn't small so may be an issue if the car is tiny.
