......that it would be easier to change her nappy if she would stay on her back, and not roll onto her tummy?
......that plastic nappy bags and dangerous and not toys, for little girls to play with
......that baby wipes aren't for little girls to suck
......that tissues aren't for little girls to eat...same applies to paper, envelopes, kitchen towel etc
......that "ah ah ah" and "no" are not meant to be met with laughing, followed by proceeding to reach again for the dangerous article!
......that Mummy would love to know why her favourite things are things that are dangerous, things she is not allowed and things she can't reach?!!!
......Mummy would love, and I mean really love, to leave the room without it being an absolute disaster! I will come back. I always do. I'm not going to abandon you. Please don't scream blue murder cry! Mummy would just like to go to the toilet.....alone......for once!!!

......Oh, and Mummy loves you Smile

Mines FF and still wakes once (sometimesIm lucky and its about 11om when we come to bed, other times its 4am).

He loves plastic bags, wipes packets, shoes, crumbs off the floors, basically everythinf he shouldnt have and all stuff dd (3) ljkes to abandon.

Does he just have a cry then cuddle, or want mik thinkhackd?

He wants milk. Eventually we will try and swap it to water and see if its just thirst rather than hunger but he drains a full feedand is back to sleep within ten mins that it really is no hassle to us. DD was sleeping through by 6mo and weve done nothing different this time so I assume he needs it at the moment.

Oh it is! well, once you are used to two of them, the actual "parenting" is easier as you have experience.

cantbelieveimonhere · 26/07/2015 23:38

Sory for typos hoping things would be easier with a 2nd? Eldest could entertain baby?!!! Gotta have hope!Grin

The twin moons of rebellion. .. scooting off across the nursery floor ... Grin Angry Grin Angry
Yeah mine loves doing that.

Also trying to grab the soiled nappy! Ugh!

Noodledoodledoo · 27/07/2015 14:28

The look of the end of the world when I remove things from her hands and the over dramatic tears to go with it!!!! Apparently the photobook, remote control, contents of the bin, her shoes are far more interesting to play with than anything else!!!

Re night waking - my little one is BF but has a bottle of expressed milk before bed so we know she has had a good feed and has slept through since 5 months (prior to that we were doing a dream feed and she often wouldn't wake) so don't think there is any correlation.

cantbelieveimonhere · 27/07/2015 20:21

ah,.................the remote control!!!! Grin

Haha I'm totally with a lot of this with 11 month old Ds! Especially the bum changing although 8 times out of 10 the car keys work a treat :)
