How many time a week do you and your child/ren meet up with other mums and their children?

Keep fretting that i dont have many friends with children and worried that dd (4) and ds (6 months!) will suffer as a result!

DD attends playgroup for 2 and a half sessions every morning so she has interaction in that respect but tbh we've been spending alot of time at home in the afternoon while ds has his nap and me and dd just play or do craft etc.

Does this sound ok or am i staying at home too much?!?

DD now at school, but until this September she was at nursery 2.5 days a week, and I would meet up with a friend with children 1-2 times a week, on my days off. As much for my benefit as DD's benefit!

Before she started nursery I would go to either a toddler group or coffee morning once a week.

Now dd is at school we don't meet up with anyone.
