Swaddling

My 1 week old seems to like to be swaddled - however 50% of the time her arms are out within 1 minute. How do I keep them in because they're waking her up!

It has to be pretty tight and secure to keep their arms in, like a gloworm.

I swaddle under the arms which she is used to now and she sleeps with them above her head.
