Cheap cheerful boys/neutral clothes

So now I have a boy after two girls, everyone is giving me handmedown camo trousers & shirts with diggers on & I am depressed. I like bright colours & patterns. Where is good, cheap & cheerful for boys?

I find H&M, Asda and Next good for multipacks of plain tshirts in bright colours or ones with stripes and graphic patterns as opposed to pictures and logos.

Boots have got a big half price sale on at the minute I got loads of bargains yesterday

I discovered BHS again thanks to an auntie buying stuff for us. Their clothes are brights and very gender neutral and nearly always in a 50% off sale. I also love the Little Bird range at Mothercare, retro, bright clothes that aren't cutesy

H&M has lovely stuff for boys, and I discovered Matalan has an excellent boys clothes section.

My daughter found the same with our DGS -(hes now 2.7) and she has lately found Nutmeg at Morrisons pretty good .

I got some lovely colourful clothes in Primark. Morrison is also great!

H&M, Asda and Zara are my favourite for baby boy clothes.

H&M and Vertbaudet

I have this problem, infuriates me why people only think baby boys like diggers, dinosaurs and t shirts saying here comes trouble. Grrr! . I don't like gap, next or h&m. Mostly buy from verbaudet, m&s which have some lovely colourful things like a safari animals range this summer, Zara baby and la redoute.

I love h&m, they do the softest trousers :)

Agree Morrison's, sainsburys make nice stuff and track is hit and miss!

I do like m&s and mothercare but both are expensive!

I find that the bright stuff is more expensive, because the range of shops selling colourful stuff is smaller.

I buy in the sales every year. I love frugi, especially, but it is very pricey. Quality is superb though. Not bad when it's half price. Also Joules, JoJo maman bebe and polarn o pyret.

John lewis has some lovely stuff for little boys in their toddler 0-3 years range. Again, best to buy in the sale.

Personally I found that John Lewis stuff doesn't wash well, and I find Sainsbury's the worst for diggers and character stuff.
