Hi All,

I plan to breast feed when my baby is born but want to alternate between bottles and breast pretty soon after that. Can anyone recommend the best bottle kit for this - I wondered if any mums had any direct experience, so far I heard Tommy Tippee is good....??

One large glass kitchen bowl with lid, one microwave, small amount of water in bottom, heap loads of zaps until the steam is everywhere.

YOU DON'T NEED TO WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING SOMETHING PLASTIC JUST COZ IT SAYS STERILISER ON IT!!!!

I mean it's just a fecking bowl with a lid ain't it??

Alternatively you could try a pan of boiling water. Worked for years for our forebears.

Have also seen threads on here where people have received specific advice from hospitals that hot soapy water and being left to dry naturally is best, and this was for premature babies to help build their immune system
